PO Box 180595
Casselberry, FL 32718-0595
OUMC supports Pat & Melenda Edmiston (Pastor Dan’s sister), who have just recently spent 23 years with the Alamblak people of Papua, New Guinea translating the New Testament into the Alamblak language.
VISION 2025
Vision 2025 proposes that by the year 2025 a translation project can be started in every language that needs one. It does not claim that all projects will be completed, but aims to see such translations begun by that year.
Pat & Melenda will be working to mobilize the church and challenge young people to become involved. At the same time they will be overseeing and giving technical support to national training projects in various parts of the world.
Wycliff members are not salaried. They depend upon the gifts and financial support of individuals and churches. You may give designated gifts to support the Edmistons through OUMC or directly through the website, www.wycliffe.org/give .
